Please note that we do not accept inquiries by phone (Japanese only). If you want to do an inquiry, please follow the steps.

a. Contact

Please contact us by e-mail. You can also use our inquiry form. Once received, we will send you a confirmation message by e-mail and attach inquiry documents to it.
Do not hesitate to contact us for any questions or trouble you might encounter (fee, details, location).

b. Estimate (fee)

 

We will send you a confirmation, and a price based on our fee grid. Details will be detailed and decided during our meeting along with all the documents. These documents will be sent by e-mail (PDF).

 

c. Reservation

 

 

If both parties agree on the details, fee, performance and contents, we will finally confirm your reservation.

 

d. Performance day

 

 

We make sure to confirm once again the place, details and contents before confirming the date.

e. Payment

 

 For payments, we would like to discuss about it with you. 

 Also we want to clarify certain cases, such as cancellation or delay.
